Dr. Isabel Martin - Family Physician

Dr. Martin is a family doctor.  She completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto in 1996, followed by her medical degree at Western University in London, Ontario in 2000 and her Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto in 2002.  She has been practicing for 17 years.  She has worked in many parts of Canada.  Her experience ranges from practicing remote medicine in Moose Factory, Ontario, to inner city care in the Vancouver area and CAMH in Toronto, to being the physician lead of a large primary care center in Calgary, Alberta.  She has taught medical students and residents from the University of Toronto, Queens, and the University of Calgary, and as far away as Ireland. She enjoys practicing all aspects of family medicine, but has a particular interest in geriatrics, complex chronic disease management and mental health. She has completed her Master’s of Law (LLM) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, in Toronto, with a specialization in Health Law. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Dr. Mark DaCambra - Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. DaCambra is an Orthopaedic Trauma and Sport Medicine Surgeon and soon to be retired Canadian Armed Forces Lieutenant Colonel who served for over 20 years. He has been deployed on humanitarian missions with the Disaster Assistance Response Team as an Emergency Physician, and multiple deployments in conflict environments in Afghanistan and Iraq as an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon. Most recently, he served as Clinical Director of the Canadian Armed Forces Mobile Surgical Resuscitation Team. He completed Undergraduate, Graduate, and Medical School training at the University of Toronto, Family Medicine Residency at Queen's University, and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Calgary, with Fellowship training in Sport Medicine and Trauma at the University of British Columbia. He currently works as an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor, Educator, Clinician, and Researcher with multiple publications. In addition, Dr. DaCambra has experience as an Independent Medical Examiner having completed training with a Certification in Medicolegal Expertise (CMLE) and Catastrophic Impairment Evaluation (C-CAT) through the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators.


Sabina Medved - Physician Assistant/Phlebotomist/Lead Administrator

Sabina has worked in the Health Care sector in a variety of roles for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the group. She is the bridge between the Healthcare providers and the patients, ensuring a smooth, effective, and stress-free experience for patients. Sabina believes very strongly in "patient centred care" where patients and their health care team work together providing the best health outcomes possible. Patient care is Sabina's top priority and she is here to listen and work for you.

She is the proud mother of two University aged children and is fluent in English, Croatian, and Slovenian.
